Limited offer · First 2 months managed free

Your Google Ads budget is leaking. We'll show you exactly where.

A free 48-hour audit of your live account, then two months managed at zero fee. After that it's S$500 a month flat — not a percentage of your budget.

  • We audit the account you already have — no rebuild needed to start.
  • Conversion tracking fixed first, so every lead ties back to a keyword.
  • Month to month. No lock-in, and the account stays in your name.

Spend leak estimator

Drag your monthly Google Ads budget. We'll show the range most Singapore accounts waste before an audit.

S$5,000
S$1,400 likely wasted each month on irrelevant search terms, broken tracking and duplicate bidding

Based on the wasted spend we typically find in Singapore SME accounts at audit — broad match with no negative list, untracked phone enquiries, and Performance Max cannibalising branded search. Your real number comes from the audit, not this slider.

Why accounts underperform

Most Singapore accounts aren't broken.
They're unmanaged.

Google's automation will happily spend your full budget whether or not it produces a customer. The gap between a S$4,000 month that returns 8 enquiries and one that returns 30 is almost never the budget.

What we usually find on day one

  • Conversions counted as page views or form loads, so Google optimises toward nothing
  • Broad match keywords with an empty negative list, buying "free", "jobs" and "salary" searches
  • Performance Max claiming branded clicks you'd have won for free
  • Phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries invisible in the reporting
  • One ad per group, no assets, low ad strength, inflated cost per click
  • Traffic landing on the homepage instead of a page about what they searched for

What we change in the first 30 days

  • Conversion tracking for forms, calls and WhatsApp, verified end to end
  • Weekly search term reviews, with a negative list built from your real traffic
  • Brand protected and split out so PMax can't take credit for it
  • Tight ad groups mapped to buying intent, not to your service menu
  • Responsive search ads tested against each other and refreshed monthly
  • Landing page and offer feedback — the part most agencies leave to you

Included in management

One in-house team. One account manager.

Search & Shopping

Campaign build and daily bid management

Keyword research, match type strategy, budget pacing, and bid adjustments by device, location and time of day.

Performance Max

Asset groups that don't cannibalise

Audience signals, listing groups, brand exclusions and asset refreshes — set up so you can actually read what PMax did.

Tracking

GA4, Tag Manager and call tracking

Every form, call and chat tied back to campaign, keyword and click ID. Offline conversion imports where you close by phone.

Creative

Ad copy and extensions

Written for Singapore buyers and tested continuously. Sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets and lead forms kept current.

Remarketing

Display and YouTube follow-up

Audience lists segmented by intent, so someone who reached your quote page sees something different from a first-time visitor.

Reporting

A live dashboard, not a PDF

Cost per lead, cost per acquisition and revenue by campaign, updated daily. Monthly call to decide what changes next.

How onboarding runs

From account access to your first optimised month.

Day 1

You give read access

Google Ads, Analytics and Search Console, read-only. Nothing in your account changes before you approve it.

Day 2–3

Audit delivered

A written breakdown of wasted spend, tracking gaps and the top ten opportunities, walked through on a 30-minute call.

Week 1

Tracking rebuilt

Conversion actions, GA4 events and call tracking fixed and verified before a single bid is touched.

Week 2–4

Restructure and launch

New campaign structure, ad copy and negative lists go live. Daily monitoring while the account relearns.

Monthly

Optimise and report

Weekly search term reviews, monthly strategy call, dashboard live throughout. You can leave any month.

Pricing

S$500 a month. Whatever you spend.

Most agencies charge a percentage of your ad budget, so the better your campaign gets, the more they earn. We charge one flat fee. Scale your spend from S$2,000 to S$20,000 and our invoice doesn't move.

What the same account costs elsewhere

Singapore agencies typically charge 15–20% of ad spend, or a minimum retainer, whichever is higher. Here's what that means as your budget grows.

Your monthly ad spendAgency at 15%Awebstar
S$2,000S$300S$500
S$5,000S$750S$500
S$10,000S$1,500S$500
S$25,000S$3,750S$500
S$50,000S$7,500S$500
At the budget you selected, a 15% agency would bill roughly S$750 a month. Ours is S$500 — and S$0 for the first two.

Percentage-based pricing means your agency's invoice rises every time you increase budget, whether or not results improve. A flat fee removes that conflict entirely.

The two-month offer, in plain terms

  • Waived: the S$500 monthly management fee for your first two months — S$1,000 in total, covering the audit, tracking setup, campaign build, ad copywriting, daily management and reporting.
  • Not covered: your Google Ads media spend, billed by Google to your own card and entirely yours.
  • Minimum spend: S$1,500 per month in media budget, so there's enough data to optimise on.
  • Eligibility: new Awebstar advertising clients, Singapore-registered businesses, one per company.
  • From month three: S$500 flat per month, whatever your budget. Continue month to month or stop — the account, data and tracking stay in your name either way.

Client feedback

Judged on cost per lead, not impressions.

★★★★★
The first thing they did was tell us our conversion tracking had been counting the wrong thing for a year. That conversation alone changed how we budget.

Same monthly budget, roughly double the enquiries by month three. The weekly search term work is where most of it came from.

Responsive account manager, plain-English reporting, and no pressure to sign a long contract. We stayed because the numbers held.

Before you ask

Questions we get on the first call.

What's the catch with two free months?

There isn't one beyond the eligibility above. Paid search takes roughly 60 days to produce a fair read, and most agencies charge for that learning period. We'd rather you see the numbers first — that's when the decision to continue gets easy.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. We work inside your account under our manager ID, or we create one in your company's name if you don't have it. If you leave, the account, history and conversion data go with you. Nothing is held hostage.

What's a realistic monthly budget in Singapore?

Below S$1,500 a month there usually isn't enough click volume for Google's bidding to learn, so results stay noisy. Most SME accounts we manage sit between S$2,000 and S$8,000 in media spend, and competitive categories like legal, aesthetics and property run higher.

How quickly will I see results?

Traffic starts the day campaigns go live. Meaningful cost-per-lead improvement usually appears in weeks three to six, once tracking is clean and the negative list has been built from real search terms. We report weekly so you can watch it move.

We already have an agency. Is the audit still worth it?

Yes, and you don't have to switch. Read-only access is enough for the audit, and plenty of clients take the findings back to their current agency. If your agency already does everything on the list, you'll have that confirmed independently.

Do you handle landing pages too?

We build and optimise landing pages in-house, and it's usually the fastest lever after tracking. Ad management and page work are quoted separately, but the audit will tell you which one is costing you more.
